33-PAGE E-BOOK
Health and wellness often takes a backseat after becoming a mom. However, now that we have kids – our health should be more important than ever.
Living a (moderately) healthy lifestyle sets a good example to our children, while hopefully leading us to a longer, more fulfilling life – so that we are around for our kids for years to come.
Here’s the thing: nutrition is a topic that’s SO polarizing. There is always someone telling you what or how you should eat.
I’m going to simplify it for you – based on science and research that I don’t think will be changing any time soon.
By subscribing to my newsletter, you will receive a free download to the e-book and infrequent emails (every 2-4 weeks) with nutrition content to help you prioritize your health!

My name is Alex and I am a registered dietitian and mom of two! I have a Master’s degree in nutrition with over 12 years of experience. I am all about evidence-based research, with a little personal experience mixed in.
Moderately messy is a subjective term – where my version might be different from yours. Essentially, it just means we’re always striving for more balance amidst the chaos – however we can.
It doesn’t mean neglecting responsibilities, but rather finding a more balanced and sustainable approach to motherhood.
I hope to inspire other moms to find ways to prioritize their health through relatable nutrition, fitness and motherhood content.
Put yourself first a little more, and join me in embracing your version of moderately messy! It’s all about finding a balance that works for you and your family – because perfection just isn’t possible or realistic.
